When you stay here you’re surrounded by nature, in a place that leaves no one untouched. Accommodation is simple and functional with a feeling of being ”at home”, providing a frame that makes you feel as if you’re living in a beautiful painting. A good group size for a conference here is max 16 people.
Styrsö is the ideal place for your team/group to get to know one another. We encourage guests to have a non-digital conference where you work in groups with paper and pens. #offgrid
If you hold a conference here you’ll have sole access to Styrsö Hostel and the beach. This in combination with digital-free meetings makes delegates feel incredibly present, something that’s otherwise hard to achieve in today’s society, where there are always so many things vying for our attention.
What we offer for your conference
We have the following:
- 9 rooms, 3 glamping tents, 3 tree suites and 2 tree tents. A total of 17 units.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Meeting room for your conference with places for around 20 people.
- Wood fired sauna and hot tub.
- A great selection of activities (see examples) and others can be arranged on request.
Food concept, below are some suggestions:
(We offer everything from full selfservice to full all inclusive. And we promote vegetarian food)
Dinner
Shellfish buffet – everything is delivered but you’ll be responsible for laying the table etc.
Grill package where everything except the items for the barbecue are pre-prepared. You will be responsible for laying the table etc.
A chef who makes dinner al fresco with ingredients from the sea or vegetarian – hired on request.
Or we can cook dinner for you, vegetarian preferably.
Lunch
Catering can be arranged, or a shellfish buffet if you’d prefer.
Or we can cook lunch for you
Breakfast
The fridges will be filled with breakfast items but you will be responsible for getting them out etc.
Sheets and towels are included
Paper, flip chart, pens among other things required for non-digital meetings.
